to prevent it when they could have helped to do so. Judy Pollock ignored the
problem entirely. Because of the sensitive nature of the still existing problem.

construction committee approved the language today; the July 22 vote is pro
forma. Judy Pollock, Donnie Dann and I spoke at the meeting but we were
somewhat superfluous. The county construction department director ‘gets
it’ and he said all the right things about minimal costs involved, etc.
The commissioners in attendance actually seemed to be interested. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

County’s zoning jurisdiction, mostly to set an example for the 120+
