passed legislation making Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) the approved method for
managing the feral cats now roaming Cook County, whose numbers are estimated as
high as 800,000. The “Managed Care of Feral Cats” Ordinance, Article
IV of the Cook County Ordinances Chapter 10 ANIMALS, will take effect on
