<DIV>AMERICAS' BIRD TREK 2006 <BR><BR> From the Andes to the Boreal <BR><BR>Birders may be interested in tuning in to a live Internet virtual fieldtrip <BR>called Americas Bird Trek that will start in Ecuador and travel to <BR>western Mexico and Cape May before ending in the heart of the Boreal forest <BR>in northern Alberta. Classrooms from across the U.S. (including one from the <BR>Chicago area) and Canada will be participating to learn about the migratory <BR>birds that connect us across the hemisphere and will have the opportunity to <BR>ask questions of the educators at each field trip location. <BR><BR>The event will take place tomorrow (Thursday, May 25th) at 1:00 EST, although <BR>it will also be archived for viewing whenever is convenient. <BR><BR>A link to the live Quicktime streaming broadcast of the 'Americas Bird <BR>Trek' will be available at: <A href="http://www.borealbirds.org">www.borealbirds.org</A> <BR><BR>You can also find more information by clicking on
