liability protection for outdoor recreation in <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:State
w:st="on">Illinois</st1:State></st1:place>. As stated in our last email
update, we have been working with Senator John Cullerton (D-Chicago) on this
issue. Although it is approaching the end of the legislative session,
Senator Cullerton indicated that he still wants to move his bill (SB 2886) on
recreational liability. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

font-family:Arial'><o:p> </o:p></span></font></p>

the importance of this issue, Senator Cullerton asked that we provide him with
specific examples of private land that is open to the public in <st1:place
w:st="on"><st1:State w:st="on">Illinois</st1:State></st1:place>. If you
know of any examples, please reply to this email and list (1) the location of
the private land that is open to the public; (2) the approximate number of
acres; (3) the owner of the land; and (4) the types of recreational activities
