The Northeast Bird Monitoring Coordinator will oversee all aspects of the
implementation of this grant. The Coordinator will work closely with the
two co-supervising organizations as well as with the <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:PlaceName
w:st="on"><st1:place><st1:PlaceName>Manomet</st1:PlaceName></st1:PlaceName> <st1:PlaceType

Service, all Northeastern state wildlife agencies, and many other partners in
