w:st="on">McHenry</st1:PlaceName> <st1:PlaceType w:st="on">County</st1:PlaceType></st1:place>.
I testified to the Board in September and the decision was postponed until
January. The following emails are self-explanatory. The local
people need our help and if you can possibly travel to <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:PlaceName
w:st="on">McHenry</st1:PlaceName> <st1:PlaceType w:st="on">County</st1:PlaceType></st1:place>
next Tuesday morning it would mean a lot in helping to fight this very

that meeting. So far, it has been only two or three of us showing up at
these meetings. The so-called "cat" people have been the
primary ones communicating with the board members. To the board, it looks
like almost no one cares if TNR goes through. Most of the county reps

Word will get out and citizens from surrounding counties will drive "to

intentionally release other non-native species to invade our native landscape.
On the contrary, we spend volunteer time, donations and tax dollars trying to
rescue native landscapes from invasives. Why would we spend some of these same
