Mayor Daley’s staff quotes him as saying “we can’t be green
without a turbine.” (AKA - <st1:City w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Toronto</st1:place></st1:City>

working on plans to sell/install turbines locally. I have seen one (by
IIT) and heard of other plans to put wind turbines on <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:PlaceName
w:st="on">Northerly</st1:PlaceName> <st1:PlaceType w:st="on">Island</st1:PlaceType></st1:place>.
At some point someone suggested some for the <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:PlaceType
w:st="on">Lake</st1:PlaceType> <st1:PlaceName w:st="on">Cal</st1:PlaceName></st1:place>
area “because there is nothing down there.”<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
